People become participants, and then trained up to be volunteers, paid employees and even directors. Change evolves, we believe in projects that are long term, programmes that harness resilience, strengthen belonging and enable everyone to thrive and feel proud of their community. We are fundamentally rooted in a mission to create equity, to address systemic injustices with leadership opportunities for Black and Minority Ethnic communities and other under represented groups, creating opportunities that develop life skills, training, employment and entrepreneurship.
