Over 50’s resistance training
Made Up Collective offers twice-weekly Resistance Training classes specifically designed for those over 50. Our program provides a dedicated space for community members to improve both their physical and mental health.
Our classes begin with brain training warm up exercises to improve memory, concentration, and overall cognitive function. The physical training focuses on full-body resistance training, using light to moderate weights to increase muscle mass and bone density. This approach often helps relive arthritis pain and improve balance. We also provide personalised nutritional advice to support a healthy diet
Our holistic approach goes far beyond the physical benefits, our classes offer a supportive environment where participants encourage one another and celebrate shared achievements.
